The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2013 by allowing him to write his 4th year arrear paper "Formulative and Industrial Pharmacy" in any one of the approved Pharmacy College in the State of Tamil Nadu Colleges under the control of the 1st respondent and publish results and to issue provisional certificate so as to enable the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner as "Pharmacist" in the even of clearing papers on the basis of B.Pharm Degree Certificate.
2.When the Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.D.Ravichander, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation was disposed of by the 1st respondent as early as on 05.12.2013 and therefore, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. However, Mr.B.Thirumalai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not been served with a copy of the order passed on 05.12.2013. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that they have already furnished a copy of the order to the petitioner, however, another copy would be given to the petitioner.
4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, since the 1st respondent has already disposed of the petitioner's representation on 05.12.2013, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Sd/- Assistant Registrar //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar To
