Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions that the petitioners directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.17194 of 2018 order dated 14.07.2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUTHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.IYYAPPARAJ, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17194 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 279, 304A, 304-II of IPC and Sections 134 (a), 134(b) and 187 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988 in Crime No.673 of 2018, while modifying the condition imposed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court for the past 25 days. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
