ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue directions based on the representation dated 20.02.2023 given by the petitioner

directing the Respondent police to keep restrained from harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner's father-in-law Sugumaran gave a false complaint against the petitioner and on that basis, the respondent is unnecessarily harassing the petitioner. Thus, this petition.

3. In response, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by father-in-law Sugumaran, enquiry in C.S.R.No.47 of 2023 was conducted. After enquiry, it was closed as 'Mistake of Facts'. Petitioner is no more required for any enquiry.

4. In light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.47 of 2023 was conducted and closed and petitioner is no more required for enquiry, there is no need to pass any orders in this petition.
