Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute the surety in the above Crl.M.P.No.12403 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.601/2021 order dated 15.02.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.

Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time to execute the Bail bond in Crl.M.P.No.12403 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.601 of 2021 dated 15.02.2022.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to execute the surety within the stipulated time, time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to execute the order dated 15.02.2022.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. -sd/- 21/03/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.) High Court, Madras - 600 104.
