ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order of this Court dated 05.01.2015 made in W.P.No.2363 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition has been filed. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submits that as against the order passed in W.P.No.2363 of 2013, the State has preferred a special leave petition before the Apex Court, wherein, interim stay has been granted.
3.In such view of the matter, the contempt petition stands closed.
