This miscellaneous petition has been filed to bring on record the proposed respondents being the legal heirs of the deceased respondent as the respondents 2 to 5 in the above appeal suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 2 to 5 has no serious objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
