ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police officials to alter the FIR by impleading Tamim Ansari as accused in Crime No.148 of 2019, on the file of the respondent and made an enquiry and file an additional fresh FIR and to file final report.

2. On the complaint lodged by the respondent, a case was registered in Crime No.148 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 506(i) of IPC, against the two accused persons.

3. The petitioner's contention is that the respondent left out one of the accused in the name of Thamim Ansari.

4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent is directed to complete the investigation within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

copy of this order and if any offence is made out as against the person mentioned in the petition, the respondent is directed to file a final report against the accused persons in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
