The learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner submitted that the sons and daughter of the Revision Petitioner informed that their father passed away on 08.11.2017 and the two sons of the deceased petitioner entered into a fresh lease agreement with the respondent on fresh terms and conditions by paying a fresh further advance and as such they did not want to pursue the matter further and seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.

2. Learned counsel for the Revision Petition also filed a memo in this ragard alongwith the death certificate of the Revision Petitioner.

3. Recording the above submissions and Memo, the Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No cost.
