The above petition is filed to bring on record respondents 16 to 19 herein as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in the above First Appeal and rank them as respondents 16 to 19. 2.The learned Counsel, Mr.Ganesh appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection for the petition being ordered. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 3.However, Counsel brought to the notice of this Court that the wife of the deceased Kumaravelu Mudaliar is alive and she has also to be brought on record as the legal heir and steps shall be taken to bring her on record as the legal heir of the deceased Kumaravelu Mudaliar.

4.It is also informed that the 10th respondent, one Manickavasagam had passed away on 06.04.2017. His legal heirs are already on record as 2nd appellant and 14th, 15th respondents. The memo is taken on file. The death of the 10th respondent is recorded and 2nd appellant and 14th, 15th respondents are recorded as his legal 1/3

heirs.

5.The Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments.
