This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners, who Page No.1 of 4

were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 15.06.2024, seeking bail in Crime No.295 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 22(c), 29(1) of NDPS Act.

This is the 3rd bail application filed by the petitioners. The earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court on 30.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.940 of 2025 by making following observations: "Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsels on either side, the quantity involved in this case is a commercial quantity, investigation is also not yet completed and considering the involvement of petitioner in so many previous cases, this Court is declined to grant bail to the petitioners/accused at this stage." 3.

It is seen that there are 12 previous cases, including one murder case and 3 NDPS cases, against the 1st petitioner and 13 previous cases, including 3 murder cases and 2 NDPS cases against the 2nd petitioner. 4.

Considering the nature of allegations and the bad antecedents of the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to entertain this 3rd anticipatory bail application. However, considering the period of incarceration of the Page No.2 of 4

petitioners, the Trial Court may complete the Trial as expeditiously as possible. The petitioners are at liberty to renew their application, if the Trial is not completed within six months.

With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
