(The order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J) This petition seeks quash of the order of second respondent passed in No.3871/Tha.Ku.2/2018 dated 07.05.2018 and direct the respondents to produce the detenu Rajan @ Soundarajan, S/o.Arumainayagam, Male/49 years, Convict Prisoner No.5201, Central Prison, Puzhal, before this Court and grant 30 days ordinary leave to visit his ailing wife.

2. There is no representation for petitioner. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. In keeping with the directions of this Court, Dr.K.Jayabalan, B.S.K.Clinic, Mahalakshmi Complex, LIC Colony, K.K.Nagar, Trichy 21, who issued Medical Certificate to the wife of detenu, is present
