ORDER

(Order of the Court was pronounced by T.RAJA, J.) The Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to produce the detenue K.S.Kirupa, daughter of K.Sakthivel, aged about 21 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

Ms.R.Saritha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from her client, submitted that the prayer in the Habeas Corpus Petition has become infructuous since the detenue K.S.Kirupa has already been rescued by her family members. Therefore, she sought for permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted to withdraw the Habeas Corpus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Petition. Accordingly, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
