This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5089 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022, passed by this Court to report before the V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on the first working day of every month, until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5089 of 2022 dated 28.04.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court, on receipt of summons.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
