ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the very same impugned proceedings, which is impugned in the present writ petition i.e.,proceedings in Na.Ka.No.24185/2012 Ma.Va.Pa 1, dated 19.03.2012, was challenged in W.P.No.4459 of 2013 and the impugned proceedings was upheld by the learned Single Judge of this Court, by an order, dated 14.07.2023.

In the light of the same, the issue involved in this writ petition is also covered by the said order dated 14.07.2023 and following the same, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions Page No.2 of 4

are closed. No costs.
