O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed by Mrs. K. Indirani, to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 23.12.2014 passed in M.P. No. 1 of 2014 in W.P. No. 34510 of 2014.

2. In the counter affidavit filed by the 2nd respondent, it is stated that in view of the earlier order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 15776 of 2013, the interim order dated 23.12.2014 could not be complied with.

3. Considering the same, this Court does not find any disobedience in compliance of the interim orders by the respondents. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
