The present writ petition has been filed seeking limited prayer for disposal of the revision pending in Revision No.19/2014 and R.C.No.8508 of 2014 on the ground that the petitioner was terminated from service on 30.10.2012, even after the issuance of the order passed by this court in W.P.No.27911 of 2012 on 10.9.2014.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Revision Petition was filed in the month of October 2014 and in view of removal from service, the petitioner is unable to eke out his livelihood. Therefore, it is his grievance that the second respondent, who has seized of the matter, may be directed to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously.
3. Ms.T.P.Savitha, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. She has submitted that pending the revision petition, summons have been issued to the petitioner on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
15.10.2014 to appear before the second respondent on 29.10.2014. It is not known as to whether the petitioner appeared before the second respondent or not. Be that as it may, as the petitioner was terminated from service and the revision petition is pending for consideration, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to consider the Revision Petition and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
