O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus by directing the second respondent to release tipper https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

lorry bearing Registration No.TN 01 AR 1324 in the light of the proceedings of the third respondent dated 11.01.2019 made in Na.Ka. No.B2/24214/ 2018 within a specified time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Counter affidavit has been filed by the second respondent wherein it is stated that the third respondent has informed to the second respondent to release the lorry only on 8.3.2019. The second respondent is taking steps to release the lorry as per the procedure contemplated and it will be released immediately.

3. Recording the statement made in the counter affidavit, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to comply with the undertaking statement made before this Court within a period of one week from today.
