This writ petitioner has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate order on his representation dated 12.06.2017 and to settle the monetary/retirement benefits within a reasonable time. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted the proceedings issued by the Regional Transport Officer, Chennai North, dated 15.06.2018. As per the said order, the monetary benefits to be paid to the writ petitioner had been already settled.
