The petitioner has filed this petition for writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to act illegally by encroaching upon the patta land owned by the petitioner comprised in Survey Nos. 55/1B, 57/2, 65/1, 66/1A, 55/2B, 58, 60/2, 53/2, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
56/2A and 57/1, Errahalli Village, Kaveripattinam, Krishnagiri District, for any purpose in any manner what so ever. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents having fully known that the above mentioned lands are owned by the petitioner and consequent issuance of patta in her name, the attempt of the respondents in encroaching upon the private land without any right or authority is illegal and hence prays for appropriate orders.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that without following the due process of law, the petitioner's property will not be disturbed. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed.
