This Contempt Petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for having committed contempt of Court of the order, dated 9/7/2014 made in W.P.No.25256 of 2012.

2. Heard Mr.G.Arulmurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.I.Arokiasamy, learned Government Advocate for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent would submit that Writ Appeal in W.A.No.1762 of 2015 has been filed against the order, dated 9/7/2014, passed in W.P.No.25256 of 2012.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed. It is open to the writ petitioner to agitate before the appropriate forum, after the Writ Appeal is disposed of, if he is aggrieved.
