Comp.A.No.60 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 Comp.A.No.60 of 2021 in C.P.No.57 of 1998 M.SUNDAR, J Mr.S.Ravi learned counsel of M/s.Gupta and Ravi (Law Firm) on behalf of applicant and Ms.K.Latha Parimala Vadana, 'Official Liquidator attached to this Court' [hereinafter 'OL' for the sake of convenience and brevity] are before me.

2. Captioned application has been filed with a prayer to extend the time by another 30 days from 06.03.2021 to pay the balance sale consideration of Rs. 1,99,15,000/- in accordance with the order dated 18.01.2021 made in Company Application No.58 of 2020 in C.P.No.57 of 1998.

3. Today, learned OL submits that the aforementioned entire balance sale consideration has since been paid and last of RTGS transfers was made Yesterday (04.03.2021).

4. The entire balance sale consideration since paid by applicant in the above manner is acceptable, is learned OL's say. She may be permitted to proceed further is learned OL's further say.

5. The aforementioned payment of sale consideration beyond the time prescribed vide 18.01.2021 order can be accepted by OL.

6. Recording the above stated position of parties and making above observation, captioned application is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
