O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose of the statuary revision that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 153 of Tamilnadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983. 2.

The case of the petitioner is that he was working as a Assistant in the second respondent society. Disciplinary proceedings came to be initiated against the petitioner and ultimately the petitioner was terminated from service by the second respondent by an order dated 31.01.2020. The petitioner has filed a revision before the first respondent on 10.02.2020 and he is seeking for disposal of the said revision petition within the time fixed by this Court.

Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 10.02.2020 within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
