ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.35620 of 2025 dated 26-12-2025.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the above said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
