ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 17.12.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 352, 386, 506(ii) of IPC & 3(1) of Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act in Crime No.142 of 2021, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on the date of occurrence, the petitioner waylaid the defacto complainant and snatched a sum of Rs.1500/- from him and also caused damage to the street pipe.

3. No representation for the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is already involved in 19 previous cases and she vehemently opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners . https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
