2. When the matter was taken up for hearing in the morning, the learned representative counsel for the petitioner sought for adjournment. But, this Court was not inclined to grant adjournment and passed over the matter till 4.35 p.m. Even thereafter, there is no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent appeared through Video Conferencing.
