This applicantion is filed by the applicants / plaintiffs to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the additional documents enlisted hereunder on behalf of the applicants/plaintiffs in TOS No.9 of 2021.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent / defendant has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the same and also in the interest of justice, this application is allowed. The delay of 330 days in filing the additional documents is condoned.
