Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this revision and has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.

Recording the said endorsement, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However, taking note of the position that owing to pendency of this revision before this court from the year 2014, the action before the Rent Controller has been unduly delayed, the Principal District Munsif is directed to dispose of RCOP No.56 of 2013 within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of this order. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
