Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No2339 of 2021 dated 11.02.2021.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.SASIKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2339 of 2021, dated 11.02.2021.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2339 of 2021, dated 11.02.2021 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
