ORDER

Challenging the appointment of the Non-Hereditary Trustee, the writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order in Sa.Mu.Na.Ka.No.314/2023/E1 dated 09.02.2023 on the file of the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the period for the appointment of the Non-hereditary trustee has already been expired. Hence, this Court may permit the petitioner to make a fresh application to appointment of non-hereditary trustee.

3. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh application to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
