This second appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree passed in A.S.No.82 of 2015 on the file of VIIAdditional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai dated 14.10.2017, by confirming the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.5633 of 2012, on the file of the XII - Assistant City Civil Judge, Chennai.
