This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the Respondents 1 to 4 to investigate the complaint lodged by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner dated 14.10.2020 in accordance with law. 2.When this matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the respondents 1 to 4 have not received any complaint from the petitioner so far.

3.The counsel for the petitioner is unable to submit any proof of having given any complaint to the respondents. In such circumstances, no order can be passed as prayed for.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to give fresh complaint before the authority concerned and in the event of, it being not considered, he is at liberty to proceed in accordance with law.
