sayalkudi and also (i) FDR No.046102 dated 29.10.2007 of the RDCC Bank, Sayalkudi for Rs.1,00,000/- and (ii) FDR No.046151 dated 19.11.2007 of the RDCC Bank Sayalkudi for Rs.1,00,000/- which were seized on 14.12.2007 as per the Seizure Mahazar of the said date and to direct the respondents 2,3 and 4 to release the amounts to the petitioners deducting therefrom Rs.2,00,000/- to be paid over to it as per its order dated 04.09.2009.
