Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned standing counsel, takes notice for for the respondents 1 and 2.
2. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the District Collector, Coimbatore, passed an order on 20.05.2017, stating that the TASMAC Shop No.1611 is shifted to a premises at S.No.464/1-A2 and therefore the grievance of the petitioner against the proposed location at Door No.23, Ground Floor, Devi & Co Lane, Coimbatore, no more survives. submitted that the writ petition may be closed by recording the above said facts.
3. The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, based on instructions, submitted that there is no proposal to locate the shop at the site referred to, in the writ petition as the said shop is shifted to some other place.
4. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this writ petition is closed, as no further order is necessary. No costs.
