Today, when the appeal is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.N.Narasimhulu, learned counsel, appearing for the appellant appeared before this Court through Video Conference. There was no representation for the respondent. It was the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant that already the possession of the suit property was handed over to the respondent and thereby the prayer sought by the appellant has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, the present Second Appeal is closed. No costs.
