ii) To grant stay of operation of the order passed in I.A. 18/2012 in OS.47/2004 on the file of Principal District Court, villupuram, (In MP.1/2013) pending disposal of the above CRP(PD). NO.3095 OF 2013.

Order: This petition coming or for Extension of time on the Friday, the Nineteenth day of November Two Thousand Twenty One and perusing the earlier order dated 25.03.2021 & 13.11.2019 and letter dated 28.09.2021 and 04.02.2021 vide D.No.7704/2021 & 1078/2021 from the Principal District Judge, Villupuram, this court made the following order:- By an order dated 13.11.2019, this Court allowed C.R.P.(PD). No.3095 of 2013, with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2004 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, by a letter dated 04.02.2021 addressed to the Registry seeking extension of six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2004. This Court by the order dated 25.03.2021 granted six months time to dispose of the said suit.

3.Again the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, by the letter to the Registry dated 28.09.2021 seeks further six months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2004 on the ground that 1st defendant died and due to COVID-19 pandamic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed. 4.Considering the prevailing pandemic situation and the reasons stated by the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram, further six months time is hereby granted to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.47 of 2004, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
