ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the detenue - B.Sathvika, aged 7 years, before this Court and to hand over her to the petitioner., the present habeas corpus petition has been filed.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Sathvika, aged about 7 years had gone missing and that the police have not taken effective steps to secure her. 3.Today, Ms.B.Ezhilarasi, Grade I Police Constable, T15 SRMC Police Station is present.

4.On instructions, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on 19.03.2020 the police produced Sathvika and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner's wife and permitted the petitioner to be with his child. It is seen that Sathvika is not in the illegal custody of anyone.

5.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
