The present Application has been filed to permit the petitioner to execute the Security Bond through her Power Agent Mr.K.Chandrasekaran (appointed by Power of Attorney dated 14.02.2025) for the purpose of complying with the order dated 19.12.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in O.P.No.501 of 2023.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1516 of 2025 in OP.No.501 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
