[Order of the Court was made by, RAJIV SHAKDHER,J.] The detenue, Bharathi, who is aged 17 years, has been produced. We have interacted with the detenue/Bharathi.
2. The petitioner before us is the mother of the detenue/Bharathi.
3. The detenue/Bharathi says that she would like to return to her mother.

is absconding.
5. In these circumstances, the Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed. The petitioner shall remain in the custody of her mother.
