O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 420, 467, 468 & 471 of IPC in Crime No.03 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the first accused in this case had impersonated on Rangaasari and sold the property belonging to the defacto complainant and the petitioners had aided the first accused. Hence, the case.

3. Earlier this Court dismissed the petitioners bail petition on the following ground:

Considering the fact that the first petitioner is involved in various activities relating to impersonation, forgery and other offences along with connivance of other accused, I am of the considered view that the petitioners are not entitled to anticipatory bail. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Now without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
