PRAYER : Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the Respondents for willful disobedience of the orders of this Hon'ble Court dated 11.02.2015 made in O.S.A. No. 332 of 2012. This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging that the Respondents have violated the order dated 11.02.2015 passed by this Court in O.S.A. No. 332 of 2012.

When the matter is called today, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner as well as Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent submitted that the matter has been settled between the Parties and the order has been complied with. 4.

It is specifically represented by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the entire amount, has been paid by the Second Respondent by way of Demand Draft bearing No.891736 dated 04.03.2021 drawn on Canara Bank, Gokula, Bangalore Branch to the Petitioner and he has also filed a memo dated 08.03.2021 to that effect, which is placed on record. Further, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent submitted that the entire amount has been settled and the same was also vouched by Mr.Bharathachakravarthy, Learned Public Prosecutor (Puducherry). 5.
