Today, the learned counsel for the appellant in all the Second Appeals submits that he has written a letter to the appellant stating that the cases are listed before this Court today for final hearing under the caption 'for dismissal'. Since he has not received any communication from the appellant, he is not in a position to get along with the case. 2.

Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel

for the appellant in all the Second Appeals, these Second Appeals are dismissed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
