Challenging the proceedings of the 1st Respondent vide Na.Ka.A2/1888/2013, dated 27.08.2013 and for a further direction to the 1st Respondent to permit him to sign the cheques of Udayanatchi Village Panchayat along with the 3rd Respondent in accordance with Section 188(3) of the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition. 2.
It is seen that, the Petitioner contested the Panchayat elections held in the year 2011 and was elected as a Ward Member of Udayanatchi Village Panchayat. As the impugned order under challenge pertains to the Panchayat election conducted in the year 2011 and subsequent Panchayat elections have also been conducted, by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration.
