Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX THE CONDITION imposed 5(d) in CRL OP No.1912 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022 on the file of this court and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.MANIKANDAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.OP.No.1912 of 2022 dated 01.02.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the investigation is not yet completed, hence, the petition for relaxation is modified to the effect that petitioner shall report before the Investigation Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders instead of Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the same, the conditions imposed on the petitioner to report before the Investigating Officer at Monday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further Orders is modified to the effect that he should report before the Investigating Officer on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
