ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.40257 of 2016, by order dated 16.11.2016, directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2016 and to pass appropriate orders https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six

weeks.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 16.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate, by producing a copy of the government order in G.O.(2D).No.254, dated 19.07.2018, submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
