2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, P. Kritika Kamal, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner on 23.03.2018, regular FIR has been registered in Crime No.13/2018 on 18.04.2018 for offences under Section 120 (b), 408 and 420 IPC.
