This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned Special Judge for exclusive trial of POCSO cases, Cuddalore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.29435 of 2022 dated 30.11.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court and the final report has been filed.

3.Considering the said submission and the final report has been filed, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
