(CRIME NO.1058 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.860 of 2021 requiring the Petitioner to report before the Respondent Police at 5.00 p.m., for a period of Two Month and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SUGUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.860 of 2022 dated 12.01.2022.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police has submitted that the final report has been filed and the presence of the petitioner is not required for the investigation.
