This court directed the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem to dispose of REA.No.53 of 2012 in REP.No.581 of 2011 in RCOP.No.41 of 2001 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 12.02.2019 in CRP.NPD.No.310 of 2013. Since, the said REA was transferred to the newly constituted IV Additional District Munsif Court, Salem, the learned Judge has sought for further extension of time of four months.

2. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned IV Additional District Munsif, Salem and therefore, four months time is granted to dispose of REA.No.53 of 2012 in REP.No.581 of 2011 in RCOP.No.41 of 2001.
