PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.48272/2014/Z1/dated 05.06.2014 followed by the proceedings of the first respondent Government Letter No.7965/A Ne 4-1/2014-4 dated 30.09.2014 and quash the same and Page No.1 of 5

consequently direct the second respondent to restore its earlier proceedings in Na.Ka.No.48272/2013/Z1 dated 02.01.2014 by implementing the proceedings of the first respondent in Government Letter No.10502/ANe41/2013-2 dated 04.09.2013 holding that the petitioner who has served in the same post of Clerk-cum-Typist from 28.06.1967 to 30.06.1991 and completed 24 years of service is entitled for Senior Grade Pay Fixation taking into consideration the pay scale as on 01.01.1990 and thereafter to receive the monetary benefits from 15.10.1997 as per Government letter No.440/CT&RE Dept. dated 15.10.1997 and Government letter NO.36964/R1/97-1/CT & RE Department dated 16.12.1997.
