O.P.No.638 of 2020 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN , J.

The learned counsel for the petitioner made the following endorsement:

"The petitioner is withdrawing the above O.P.No.638 of 2020 today.

This O.P., may be dismissed as withdrawn and also no objection that the child is within the custody of the respondent ".

2.In view of the nature of the endorsement, the respondent shall retain permanent custody of the minor child Hansitha, born on 19.09.2014. The respondent is also declared to be the guardian of the said minor child.

3.The Original Petition stands dismissed. Very specifically, the evidence of PW-1 stands eschewed, since the petition has been withdrawn. No costs.
